摘要
采用鞋垫式足底压力仪,选取正常足、高弓足和扁平足男大学生各15名,穿着不同前掌、腰窝和后跟部位形态改变的鞋垫,进行鞋垫式足底压力实验,测量了其在行走状态下正常足、高弓足和扁平足三种脚型的足底压力和压力面积变化情况.同时,以正常足为参照标准,通过比较足底压力和压力面积,确定了鞋垫形态对高弓足足底压力的影响.结果表明:前掌凹陷并不能有效减小前掌的压力;腰窝部位的垫高能够使足底压力重新分布,增加腰窝压力的同时减小前掌和后跟的压力,对高弓足在腰窝适当垫高最为合理;在鞋垫后跟部位安装气垫,能够有效提高鞋垫的舒适性.
In this study,an insole-type plantar pressure meter was used to select 15 male college students with normal feet,high arch feet,and flat feet each,wearing different insoles with different shapes of the forefoot,waist and heel to carry out the insole-type plantar pressure experiment.The changes in plantar pressure and pressure area of the two foot types of normal foot,high arch foot and flat foot in the state of the normal foot.The normal foot is used as a reference standard to determine the effect of the insole shape on the plantar pressure of the high arch foot by comparing the plantar pressure and pressure area.influences.The results show that the depression of the forefoot cannot effectively reduce the pressure of the forefoot;the height of the waist can redistribute the plantar pressure,increase the pressure of the waist while reducing the pressure of the forefoot and the heel,which is effective for the high arched foot.The proper height of the waist is the most reasonable;installing an air cushion on the heel of the insole can effectively improve the comfort of the insole.
