摘要
本试验对20名女大学生进行足底压力测试和试穿试验,分析研究鞋垫的硬度、厚度对青年女性足底压力分布的影响,并考查裸足与穿上鞋垫后足底压强峰值和冲量的下降百分数,确定鞋垫的舒适度参数。结果表明:在日常行走过程中,较硬的鞋垫能较大程度的分散足底主要受力区域承受的压力,且随着厚度的增大,后跟区域的压强随之增大;综合各试验因素,硬度为45度左右、厚度为4.5mm左右的鞋垫较其他鞋垫更舒适。
In this study,twenty healthy female college students volunteered for this research.Studying the impact of insole’s hardness,thickness on youth female’s plantar pressure distribution,and examines the decrease percentage of impulse and peak plantar pressure in the condition of wearing insole in contrast with the bare feet,so as to determine the comfortable parameters of insole.The results indicate that insole with higher hardness can relatively distract plantar pressure during walking.With the thickness increases,followed by the pressure of rearfoot is even greater.Synthesizing all the factors,the insole with the hardness on forty-five,the thickness on 4.5mm is much more comfortable compared to other condition.
