摘要
目的了解实习护生孤独感现状以及对临床实习的影响,探讨临床带教制度的改进方法。方法采用质性与量性研究相结合的方法,对便利抽样法获得的84名上海市某三级甲等医院实习护生进行问卷调查,并立意抽样,对20名护生进行半结构访谈。结果实习护生孤独感总分为(11.61±3.59)分;质性访谈提炼出3个主题:凄凉无助,伴有紧张、焦虑、不安和自卑;孤独感对实习护生的学习、情绪、操作、判断力、专注力、人际关系等均造成影响;积极调整与调整不良。结论临床带教工作中需要加强对护生孤独感问题的重视,加强人文关怀,减轻孤独感对实习造成的不利影响。
Objective To understand the current situation of loneliness of nursing students and its influence on clinical practice, and to explore the improvement methods of clinical teaching system. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 84 nursing students from a Grade 3 A hospital in Shanghai by convenience sampling, and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 20 nursing students. Results The total score of loneliness was(11.61±3.59).Three themes were extracted by qualitative interview: desolation and helplessness, accompanied by tension, anxiety, restlessness and inferiority;loneliness has an impact on trainee nursing students’ learning, emotion, operation, judgment, concentration, interpersonal relationship, etc.;positive adjustment and poor adjustment. Conclusion In clinical teaching, it is necessary to pay more attention to the loneliness of nursing students, strengthen humanistic care and reduce the adverse effects of loneliness on clinical practice.
