摘要
目的探讨在小儿外科临床实习教学中实施手术视频的价值。方法纳入时间为2019年3月—2020年3月,纳入该院小儿外科实习的研究生56名,依照计算机随机表法分组,各28名。参照组实施传统教学方式,研究组在传统教学方式上加之手术视频教学。比较两组实习生的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、对教学满意度。结果研究组实习生的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩相比于参照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生对教学满意度为96.43%(27/28),参照组实习生对教学满意度为71.43%(20/28),两组比较研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.766,P=0.029)。结论在小儿外科临床实习教学中实施手术视频,使实习生基本理论知识和思维能力提升,对实际手术操作的认知度提升,可边看边学习,有利于实习生充分掌握各项临床操作。
Objective To explore the value of operating video in the clinical practice teaching of pediatric surgery.Methods The enrollment period was from March 2019 to March 2020.56 postgraduates who were included in the pediatric surgery practice in the hospital were divided into groups according to the computer random table method,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group implemented traditional teaching methods,and the study group added surgical video teaching to the traditional teaching methods.Compared the theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results Compared with the reference group,the theoretical assessment scores and skills assessment scores of the study group interns were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group interns’satisfaction with teaching was 96.43%(27/28),the teaching satisfaction degree of the interns in the reference group was 71.43%(20/28),and the comparison between the two study groups was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.766,P=0.029).Conclusion The implementation of surgical video in the clinical practice teaching of pediatric surgery improves the basic theoretical knowledge and thinking ability of the interns,as well as the awareness of actual surgical operations.Watching and learning simultaneously,which is conducive to the interns to fully grasp the various clinical operations.
