摘要
目的:为提高实习学生的临床思维能力,提高教学质量,在儿科学实习教学中采用PBL教学方法。方法:上海中医药大学本科班共92人,随机分为PBL组50人,传统教学组42人。PBL组进行PBL教学。两组分别进行出科考试,PBL组进行问卷调查。结果:PBL组考试成绩明显高于传统教学组,多数同学认为PBL教学可以提高临床思维能力、自学能力和学习兴趣。结论:在儿科临床实习中应用PBL教学是有意义的探索。
Objective:In order to enhance the ability of clinical thinking of the students and improve teaching quality. Method:The PBL model was performed in pediatric practice teaching. 92 students from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included. They were divided into PBL group(50 students)and traditional teaching group(42 students)randomly. The PBL model was performed in PBL group. The tests were taken in the two groups. The questionnaires were taken in PBL groups. Result :The tests result of the PBL group is much better than that of traditional teaching group. Most students considered that PBL is a good method to improve their clinical thinking ability, self directed learning skills and learning enthusiasm. Conclusion: It is significant to apply PBL model in pediatric clinical practice.
