摘要 基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式有别于传统的以授课为基础的学习(LBL)教学模式。由于这一教学模式具有许多优点,已被国内外许多院校广泛接受并应用于多个学科的教学。然而,在实际操作过程中出现了一些问题,如不及时解决将会影响到其教学效果。本文就PBL在医学生理学教学中出现的一些常见问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以供医学教育工作者参考。 Problem-based learning (PBL) is a modem teaching pattern, which is different from the traditional teaching pattern, lecture-based learning (LBL). Due to its advantages, PBL is widely applied in many medical schools at home and abroad. However, during the application, there are many problems, without timely resolution, which may affect the teaching results. This article focuses on the common problems of PBL in medical physiology education, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve them.
