摘要
运用服务设计理念,研究用户就医体验,构建儿童医院家具设计创新策略。通过归纳服务设计特征和工具、分析研究体验的内涵及成因,明晰儿童医院家具创新设计要素,进行儿童医院家具设计策略构建,最终形成以感官层、协同层、意义层和效用层全层级的儿童医院家具创新设计策略。服务设计理念的介入,系统将用户行为、用户情绪、就医接触点结合起来分析,以深入挖掘用户真实需求,将现有的资源以更高效的方式为人们服务,提供儿童更加优化的就医体验。
The service design concept is used to study users’treatment experience and construct an innovative furniture design strategy for children's hospitals.By summarizing the service design characteristics and instruments,analyzing and studying the connotation and causes of the experience,elements of the innovative furniture design for children's hospitals are clarified and the furniture design strategy for children's hospitals is constructed.Finally a comprehensive innovative furniture design strategy for children’s hospitals considering sensory layer,synergy layer,meaning layer and utility layer is formed.And given the intervention of service design concept,the system combines users’behavior,mood and medical contact to make analysis,so as to dig deeper into users’true demand and utilize the existing resources in a more efficient way to provide children with a more optimized treatment experience.
