改性木质素磺酸钠层层自组装对竹塑复合材料的影响 被引量:9

摘要 竹塑复合材料由竹纤维和塑料组成,是一种绿色环保型材料,在建筑园林、汽车内饰、家具装饰等领域有着广泛的应用,有利于缓解我国对木材需求的压力。但是竹纤维作为植物纤维,由纤维素、半纤维素和木质素构成,其中纤维素和半纤维素含有大量羟基,木质素含有较多酚羟基,具有较强的极性,与塑料之间的相容性较差,导致竹塑复合材料整体力学性能不好。木质素磺酸钠作为工业制浆造纸的副产物,来源广泛,价格便宜,是一种良好的阴离子电解质。本研究针对竹塑复合材料的界面相容性问题,对竹粉进行改性,通过层层自组装技术把改性木质素磺酸钠组装在竹粉表面,在竹粉构建木质素磺酸钠多层膜,降低竹粉表面的极性,然后将层层自组装的竹粉与聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)熔融共混制备复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明,经过改性后复合材料力学性能得到显著提升,静曲强度、拉伸强度和抗冲击强度分别提高了9.94%、9.81%和26.30%;微观形貌分析表明,层层自组装后竹纤维表面覆盖着改性木质素磺酸钠,极大地改善了竹纤维和PHB之间的界面相容性。 Bamboo Plastic Composite(BPC),which is composed of bamboo fiber and plastic,is a kind of environmentally friendly materials.It is widely used in the fields of architecture and garden,automobile interior decoration,furniture decoration and so on,which is conducive to alleviating the pressure of China's demand for wood.However,as a plant fiber,bamboo fiber is composed of cellulose,lignin and hemicellulose.It has strong polarity and poor compatibility with plastics,resulting in poor mechanical properties of BPC.Sodium lignosulfonate,as a by-product of pulp and paper industry,has a wide range of sources and low price.It is a good anionic electrolyte.Aiming at the interface problem of BPC,bamboo powder was modified by layer by layer self-assembly method and melt blended with polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB).It was found that the mechanical properties of the composites were significantly improved after modification,and the static bending strength,tensile strength and impact strength were increased by 9.94%,9.81%and 26.30%.The micro morphology analysis showed that the surface of bamboo fiber was covered with modified sodium lignosulfonate after layer by layer self-assembly.The interfacial compatibility between bamboo fiber and PHB had been greatly improved.
