摘要
目的调查陕西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院护理团队磁性水平现状,并探讨其相关影响因素,为提高医院护理团队磁性水平提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年11月5日至20日陕西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院228名护理人员作为研究对象。采用自制的一般资料问卷和中文版医院磁性要素量表进行调研,分析影响医院护理团队磁性水平的因素。结果医院护理团队磁性水平总评分为(140.66±17.76)分。其中得分率最高和最低的维度分别为文化价值观和护理人力资源的合理配置。不同婚姻状况、学历水平护士的护理工作的自主性评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称护士的护理实践的管理评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病院/科室护士的文化价值观、医护关系、护理实践的管理评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,病院/科室是医院护理团队磁性水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论陕西省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院护理团队磁性水平总体较高,但仍有提升空间,不同科室磁性水平有差异。
Objective To investigate the current situation of magnetic level in nursing team in gradeⅢand first-class tumor specialist hospital in Shaanxi province,and to explore its related influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the magnetic level of hospital nursing team.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,228 nurses in a gradeⅢand first-class tumor specialist hospital in Shaanxi province from November 5 to 20,2019 were selected as the research objects.The self-made general data questionnaire and the Chinese version of hospital magnetic element scale were used for investigation,the factors affecting the magnetic level of hospital nursing team were analyzed.Results The total score of magnetic level of hospital nursing team was(140.66±17.76).The highest and lowest dimensions were cultural values and reasonable allocation of nursing human resources.There were significant differences in the scores of autonomy of nursing work among nurses with different marital status and the educational background levels(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the score of management of nursing practice among nurses with different professional titles(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the scores of cultural values,medical relations and management of nursing practice among nurses with different departments(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department was the influencing factor of the magnetic level of hospital nursing team(P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic level of gradeⅢand first-class tumor specialist hospital in Shaanxi province is generally high,but there is still room for improvement.The magnetic level of different departments is different.
