摘要 我国护士短缺已经成为严峻的问题，护士流失率逐年上升。护理人员的招聘及现有护理人员的留任引起了一些人的关注。面对危机，我们应该采取一种合理有效的预防模式，来吸引和保留护理人才。这种理想模式就是构建磁性医院（magnet hospital）。所谓磁性医院就是指医院象磁铁一样吸引高素质的护士，
