摘要
目的:通过调查医务人员对医患心理契约的感知现状,探究医务人员心理契约感知差异的影响因素。方法:采用自制的基本情况调查表和修订后的医患心理契约量表,对1313名医务人员进行问卷调查。运用描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、协方差分析以及逐步线性回归统计方法。结果:医患心理契约总分为(3.460±0.557)分。生活满意度、工作压力、患者的科学就医观念、社会的尊重程度是医务人员视角下医患心理契约感知差异的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员的医患心理契约感知值较高,但仍有进一步提升的空间,应采取针对措施缓解医务人员工作压力、提升其生活满意度,引导患者树立科学就医观,从而满足医患心理契约契合度。
Objective:By investigating the current situation of medical staff’s perception of doctor-patient psychological contract,the influencing factors of the difference of medical staff’s perception of psychological contract were explored.Methods:Using the self-made basic situation survey form and the revised doctor-patient psychological contract scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1313 medical staff.Descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-test,one-way analysis of variance,analysis of covariance,and stepwise linear regression statistical methods were used.Results:The total score of the doctor-patient psychological contract is 3.460±0.557.Life satisfaction,work pressure,patients’scientific concept of seeking medical treatment,and social respect are the influencing factors of the difference in perception of psychological contract between doctors and patients from the perspective of medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perceived value of medical staff’s doctor-patient psychological contract is relatively high,but there is still room for further improvement.Targeted measures should be taken to reduce the working pressure of medical staff,improve their life satisfaction,and guide patients to establish a scientific view of medical treatment,so as to meet the fit of doctor-patient psychological contract.
