摘要
陶瓷浆料是多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)的基础原料之一,用于形成多层陶瓷电容器的介电层。用于制备超薄介质膜片的陶瓷浆料颗粒是纳米级的,很容易团聚。团聚颗粒严重破坏了浆料的分散效果,恶化MLCC的电性能。为了获得均匀的陶瓷浆料,对PVB黏合剂及陶瓷浆料进行高效分散处理,研究了不同分散压力和循环次数的影响。结果发现,高效分散处理可有效提升陶瓷浆料的均匀性,当分散压力为130 MPa、循环次数为3~4次的时候,PVB黏合剂及陶瓷浆料的分散效果最好。
Ceramic slurry is one of fundamental materials of multilayer ceramic capacitors,which is used to form the dielectric layers.For the preparation of ultra-thin dielectric tapes,the particles in ceramic slurry are nano-scale and easy to agglomerate.The agglomerated particles seriously damage the dispersion of the slurry and worsen the electrical performance of MLCC.In order to obtain uniform ceramic slurry,high efficiency dispersion processing is performed on PVB adhesive and ceramic slurry,and the influences of different pressure and cycle times are studied.The results show that the high efficiency dispersion processing can effectively improve uniformity of ceramic slurry,and the best effect of dispersion can be obtained when the dispersion pressure is 130 MPa and the circulation times is 3~4 times.
