摘要
为了改进现有聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的合成工艺,探讨了丁醛与聚乙烯醇的配比、盐酸的用量、加料方式、反应助剂等因素对缩醛反应的影响。在优选的工艺条件下,产品的缩丁醛基质量分数可达77.2%,较原工艺提高了4.6%,产品粒径均一,无粘连。
To modify the common process of poly（Vinyl butyral）, the efect of PVA/butyraldehyde ratio, content of chlorhydric acid in the system, reaction assistand agent, the charging method and so on acetalation reaction was discussed in this paper. At the optimum process, the mass fraction of PVB in product was 77.2 percent and increased 4.6 percent meanwhile the product particle size was unifom without aggregate.
