摘要
目的观察不同剂量γ射线外照射对大鼠潜水减压病风险的影响。方法50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组和4个实验组(0、2、4、6 Gy辐射后脱险组),实验组动物先采用不同剂量^(60)Coγ射线外照射(0、2、4、6Gy),再进行大深度快速上浮脱险实验(以2^(t/4)指数速率加压至表压1.5 MPa,稳压停留137 s,以30 kPa/s匀速减压至常压),统计分析不同辐射剂量组大鼠快速上浮脱险后30 min减压病发病率、死亡率、肺湿干重比(W/D)以及血浆白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-10(IL-10)的变化。结果4和6 Gy辐射后脱险组大鼠脱险后30 min减压病发病率(均为50%)、死亡率(40%和30%)与0 Gy辐射后脱险组(发病率30%;死亡率20%)比较有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义;与空白对照组相比,各快速上浮脱险组大鼠脱险后30 min肺W/D均升高,其中2、4、6 Gy辐射后脱险组的肺W/D变化有统计学意义(P<0.05);4、6 Gy辐射后脱险组大鼠脱险后30 min血浆IL-1β浓度较空白对照组和0 Gy辐射后脱险组均显著升高(P<0.05),血浆IL-10浓度较0 Gy辐射后脱险组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论2 Gy以上γ射线外照射能显著增加大深度快速上浮脱险大鼠肺损伤的程度,4 Gy以上γ射线外照射大鼠大深度快速上浮脱险后减压病风险会进一步增加。
Objective To observe the effect of different doses of γ-ray external irradiation on the risk of diving decompression disease in rats.Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:the control group and four experimental groups(escape post 0,2,4,6 Gy radiation,separately).Rats were exposed toγ-ray external irradiation(0,2,4,6 Gy)before the deep and fast floating and escape test was carried out(the maximum pressure depth 150 m was compressed to a pressure of 1.5 MPa at an exponential rate of 2^(t/4)with compressed air,after staying for 137 s at the above pressure,the animals were decompressed to atmospheric pressure at a linear speed of 30 kPa/s).The incidence,mortality,lung W/D ratio and plasma IL-1βand IL-10 levels of rats in different groups were tested 30 min after rapid buoyancy escape.Results At 30 min after rapid buoyancy escape,compared with the 0 Gy radiation group,the incidence and mortality of decompression sickness in the 4 Gy and 6 Gy radiation groups trended up(0 Gy:30%&20%,4 Gy:50%&40%,6 Gy:50%&30%),but there was no statistically significant difference.Compared with the control group,the W/D ratio of rats in each of the experimental groups increased,and was significantly different when compared with 2 Gy,4 Gy and 6 Gy radiation groups(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1βin 4 Gy and 6 Gy radiation groups were significantly higher than those of control and 0 Gy groups(P<0.05).However,the levels of IL-10 in 4 Gy and 6 Gy radiation groups were significantly lower than in 0 Gy radiation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of lung injury in rats exposed to more than 2 Gy ofγ-ray is significantly increased,and the risk of decompression sickness in rats exposed to more than 4 Gy ofγ-ray is increased to a larger extent.
