实验性减压病时肺微循环变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了家兔减压病时肺微循环和微血管的变化。实验观察到,减压病时动物肺微血管有大小不一的气泡栓塞,血管内膜损伤、内皮细胞间隙增大、血浆外溢,毛细血管中红细胞呈棘状改变。肺Ⅱ型细胞板层体明显增多、内容物聚集及排空,细胞核变形。ABS铸型发现,减压病时肺泡腔严重充盈缺损,表明有渗出物存在。实验结果提示,减压病时动物机体不仅有气泡栓塞,而且亦有肺微循环功能改变以及细胞结构的损害,这种病理学改变无疑影响肺正常气体交换和细胞代谢功能,进而加重减压病的病程。 In this paper we have reported that the changes of the microcirculation and microvessel during the experimental decompression sickness in the rabbits'lung. It shows: There are many embolus of the gases in Microcirculation, the constriction of the microvessels are damage, the pathologic change mention above. It would be to take the effect on the exchange of the gas and the funetion of the cell inetabolism, then the progress of the decompression sickness will deeper into crisis.
