摘要 目的探讨建立符合临床实际情况的慢性放射性肺损伤动物模型的可行性。方法新西兰白兔28只随机分为右全肺照射组、双肺照射组和对照组,照射组按SAD定角等中心照射技术照射建立放射性肺损伤动物模型,照射后第1、2、4、8、12、16周分别行CT及病理学检查。结果照射4周内,右全肺照射组及双肺照射组均有实验动物死亡,CT及病理学检查符合急性放射性肺炎,照射后8~12周CT可见毛玻璃样征象,斑片状及纤维索条影,病理学检查示肺泡壁增厚呈纤维化改变。结论按SAD定角等中心方法建立了慢性放射性肺损伤的动物模型。 Objective To probe the possibility of establishing the chronic radiation-induced lung injury models according to the clinical methods.Methods Twenty-eight New Zealand rabbits were divided into the right whole lung irradiation group,the whole lung irradiation group and control group at random.The right whole lung irradiation group and the whole lung irradiation group were radiated according to the SAD fixed angle irradiation technology,the animals were given CT and pathology examination after 1,2,4,8,12 and 16 weeks.Results In the first four weeks,there were death in the right lung irradiation group and the whole lung irradiation group.The results of CT and pathology examination were related to the acute radiation-induced lung injury.Eight to twelve weeks after irradiation,there were the ground glass signs,patchy and fiber cord.Conclusion It is possible to establish the chronic radiation-induced lung injury models according to the clinical methods.
