摘要
目的探讨电子生物反馈疗法治疗癫痫性精神病患者情感障碍的效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月本院收治的癫痫性精神病患者50例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各25例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用电子生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗4周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评分、修改版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分、临床总体印象量表(CGI)评分及治疗4周后不良反应量表(TESS)评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05);治疗4周后,实验组HAMD、HAMA、PANSS、MOAS、病情严重程度与疗效总评均低于对照组,疗效指数高于对照组(P<0.05);两组TESS评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论电子生物反馈疗法治疗癫痫性精神病患者疗效显著,可缓解焦虑、抑郁、紧张、易激怒等情感障碍,减少狂躁冲动行为,改善病情,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of electronic biofeedback therapy on emotional disorders in patients with epileptic psychosis.Methods A total of 50 patients with epileptic psychosis admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,the experimental group was treated with electronic biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,the hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores,and the revised version before and after 4 weeks of treatment,marked aggressive behavior scale(MOAS)score,clinical overall impression scale(CGI)score,and adverse reaction scale(TESS)score after 4 weeks of treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.00%,which was higher than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMD,HAMA,PANSS,MOAS,severity of illness and total evaluation in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the curative effect index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups.Conclusion Electronic biofeedback therapy has significant effect on patients with epileptic psychosis.It can relieve anxiety,depression,tension,irritability and other emotional disorders,reduce manic impulsive behavior,improve the condition,and has high safety.
