摘要
目的:探讨利培酮治疗癫痫性精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法:收治癫痫性精神障碍患者40例,均给予利培酮治疗。结果:治疗后CGI评分、BPRS各因子评分及总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮治疗癫痫性精神障碍疗效显著,安全性较好。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of epileptic mental disorder.Methods:40patients with epileptic mental disorders were treated with risperidone.Results:After the treatment,the CGI score,BPRS score and total score were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risperidone is effective and safe in the treatment of epileptic mental disorder.
