摘要
广东经济社会快速发展形成了城乡教育的两极分化与不均衡,全面影响着广东乡村社会的发展与振兴。广东省提出新师范建设方案,着力解决乡村教师教育发展的瓶颈。肇庆学院在落实新师范建设精神中形成了卓有成效与影响的乡村教师教育“肇庆模式”。“肇庆模式”在全面推进乡村教师培养体系整体改革的基础上,形成了新时代乡村教师教育的鲜明特色;通过未来卓越教师培养模式的探索取得了突出的效果;构建了高水平的“UG-S-T”协同育人体系,在试验区设立基地学校、特色学校、专家工作室,同时通过顶岗支教、开放课题、学校改革全面提升乡村教育质量;全力建设服务乡村教师专业发展的“省、市、县、校、室”五级一体化体系;实现了职前职后全程融合、大学与中小学全面融合、专家与中小学教师全体融合、教师需求与培养方案精准融合,有力推进了乡村教师队伍的发展。
The rapid economic and social development of guangdong has formed the polarization and imbalance of urban and rural education,which has a comprehensive impact on the development and revitalization of rural society in Guangdong.Guangdong province has put forward a plan for the construction of new normal schools and made great efforts to solve the bottleneck of the development of rural teacher education.Zhaoqing University has formed an effective and influential rural teacher education model in the implementation of the spirit of new normal construction.On the basis of comprehensively promoting the overall reform of rural teacher training system,Zhaoqing model has formed the distinctive characteristics of rural teacher education in the new era;Outstanding results have been achieved through the exploration of the training mode of excellent teachers in the future;We have built a high-level“U-G-S-T”collaborative education system,set up base schools,characteristic schools and expert studios in the experimental area,and comprehensively improve the quality of rural education through post supporting education,open topics and school reform;Make every effort to build a five level integrated system of“province,city,county,school and office”to serve the professional development of rural teachers;It has realized the full integration of pre service and post service,the full integration of universities and primary and secondary schools,the integration of experts and primary and secondary school teachers,and the accurate integration of teachers’needs and training programs,which has effectively promoted the development of rural teachers.
