摘要
乡村教育,作为我国教育的重要组成部分,保障的是四千多万乡村学生的基本人权和发展权利,是阻止贫困代际传递的最有效途径。如果乡村教育发展不好,底层群体就无法获得向上流动的机会,这也将直接影响我国教育现代化和全面小康社会目标的实现。本文结合对湖北、江西、山西、云南等4个省部分县市乡村学校的调查,就乡村教育的发展问题进行了分析,认为基本实现教育现代化短板在乡村,而制约乡村教育发展的根本问题在教师,发展乡村教育的关键是要提高教师的经济待遇。
Rural education,being an important part of basic education in China,guarantees the basic human rights and development rights of 40 million rural students and a most effective way to prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Rural education influences the opportunity of bottom class ' flowing upward and also the realization of education modernization in China.Based on the survey of rural schools in 4provinces including Hubei,Jiangxi,Shanxi,Yunnan,analyzing the issues in the development of rural education,this paper thinks that,the weakness of realizing education modernization in China lies in rural areas,with rural teachers playing the most fundamental part in the development of rural education.And the key to developing rural education is to raise rural teachers' economic payment.
