摘要
小学卓越教师研究是2008年以来教师教育研究的热门领域,该领域的450篇代表性文献可借助Cite Space软件和LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)模型进行文献计量分析。教育部关于卓越教师培养计划的两个意见是小学卓越教师研究的重要推动理论,也是研究阶段特征分析的重要依据。未来一段时期,小学卓越教师素养结构研究仍需加强,实证性研究可进一步尝试,培养模式研究亟待深化,体系化推进路径有待进一步探索。
The research on excellent teachers in primary schools has been a hot field of teacher education research since 2008.The 450 representative pieces of literature in this field can be bibliometrically analyzed with the assistance of Cite Space software and the LDA model.Two guidelines of the Minister of Education drive the development of the primary school excellent teacher research,which are also evidence for the analysis of the characteristics of the research stage.In the future,the structural research focusing on excellent teachers in primary schools still needs to be strengthened.The empirical research can be further tried,and the research on training models urgently needs to be deepened,and the systematic promotion path needs to be further explored.
