从“边缘人”走向“传承者”——回归乡土的乡村教师发展研究 被引量:41

摘要 本文从乡村少年与乡土互动的重要性谈起,进而指出日渐沦为乡土文化"边缘人"的乡村教师,愈发难以承担链接乡村少年与乡土互动纽带的责任。基于此,本研究从回归乡土这一视角出发,探讨回归乡土的乡村教师发展之路:发挥本土教师的力量,夯实回归乡土的乡村教师发展的基石;重视乡村教师发展的特质,聚焦回归乡土的乡村教师发展的核心;养成"转化型知识分子",树立回归乡土的乡村教师发展的文化形象。 This article focuses on the importance of the relationship between the country youth and their homeland, and further indicates that the rural teachers, who increasingly fall into the category of"marginal man" of country culture, take the responsibilities to bridge the country youth and their homelandmore hardly. Thus, from the perspective of the returning to the country, this article discusses the principles of the development of the rural teachers returning to the country: bringing the potential of local teacher into full play, consolidating the basis of the development of the country teachers returning to the country; emphasizing the traits of the development of the country teachers, and focusing on the core of the development of the country teachers returning to the country; and establishing the cultural figure of the development of the country teachers returning to the country.
