摘要
根据教师岗位群的现实需求和教师教育发展的内在逻辑,小学全科教师需要具备通识能力(general abilities)、学科能力(subject abilities)及专业能力(professional abilities),即"GSP"能力标准。基于对"GSP"能力标准的分析和界定,小学全科教师培养的课程体系应该做到课程结构科学合理,课程内容开放多元。
Based on the analysis of the actual requirement of teachers' profession and the inner logic of teacher education development, general-subject primary school teachers need to get liberal ability, subject ability and professional ability, which is called "GSP" ability standard. The curriculum system of general-subject primary school teachers' training should be scientific and reasonable and its curriculum content should be open and multileveled based on the analysis and definition of "GSP" ability standard.
