摘要
全科小学教师的培养是当前小学教育专业的趋势,作为全科小学教师主要素养的数学教学素养的培养是研究的要点。除了见习与实习,在现有的课程中增加师范生的实践机会无疑是一个可落实的突破口。实践导向、融为一体的理念下,课程教学中联系中小学的教学内容与案例,给学生机会走上讲台、转换角色、全方位提高师范生的教师基本素养,体验教师职业的特点,学生在教学中感悟教学、学会教学。
Training teachers' capability of teaching all subjects is the trend of Primary school education majors whereas the cultivation of mathematics teaching quality which is the primary school teacher's main accomplishment is the focus of this research. Besides the internship,it is undoubtedly a practical breakthrough to increase the practice opportunities for normal students in the existing courses. Among the pertinent courses,combining the primary teaching content with practical cases,giving students the opportunity to go to the stage,exchanging roles,and improving the students' basic knowledge,teachers experience and the characteristics of teachers' professional. As the result,students understand teaching and learn to teach in the teaching.
