摘要
本文通过信息化手段对复烤企业能源消耗的全过程进行综合管控,减少能源供应溢出和设备空转产生的浪费,搭建了集数据采集、状态监控、追踪报警、统计分析于一体的精益能源管理系统。达到了向及时管理要效益,向及时改进要效益,向生产能耗要效益的目的。
In this paper,the whole process of energy consumption of redrying enterprises is comprehensively controlled by means of information technology to reduce the waste of energy supply spillover and equipment idling.A lean energy management system integrating data collection,status monitoring,tracking alarm and statistical analysis is built.To achieve the timely management to benefit,to improve to benefit,to the production of energy consumption to benefit.
