摘要
为了解决传统印染企业对能源管理存在粗放、滞后、管理不足等问题,提出了一种基于工业云平台的能源管理系统设计方案。以大数据、物联网和互联网等基础设施建设的能源管理系统拥有高效的工作效率。该系统具有稳定性、通用性、持续扩展性,为印染企业提供了能耗监控、订单产量损耗的能源监测解决方案,以及未来能源管理系统的运行维护。
In order to solve the problems of extensive,lagging and insufficient energy management in traditional printing and dyeing enterprises,a design scheme of energy management system based on industrial cloud platform was proposed.The energy management system based on big data,Internet of things,Internet and other infrastructure has high efficiency.The system has the characteristics of stability,versatility and continuous stability.It provides energy monitoring solutions for energy consumption monitoring,order output loss,and the operation and maintenance of future energy management system for printing and dyeing enterprises.
