摘要
本文通过对PLC测控系统的结构及工作原理进行分析,掌握了其实际工作流程,之后以此为基础对PLC的计算机仿真系统进行了总体布置,并分别确定了其各部分的组成及功能。文章分别对仿真系统的PLC和电路搭建两个部分的仿真实现作了较为详细的论述。最后,文章就一个水塔水位自动控制系统为例进行了仿真分析,并以仿真所得结果论证了仿真系统的有效性。本文所做的研究可以为相关理论分析和实际应用提供参考。
Based on the analysis of structure and working principle of PLC system, the authors handled its actual work processes, and then designed a computer system for the simulation of PLC, and determined the composition and function of each part of the system. Then, the paper introduced respectively the constructions of PLC and circuit of the simulation system in detail. Finally, the paper simulated a water level automatic control system of water tower, took it as an example to complete the simulation analysis. The simulation results obtained demonstrated the effectiveness of the simulation system. Research done in this paper can provide a reference for the relevant theoretical analysis and practical applications.
