摘要
软冗余系统在工业现场使用越来越广泛。分析了西门子S7-300 PLC软冗余系统的实现原理及理论性能指标,并设计了以MM440变频器和S7-200PLC来测试软冗余切换时间的实验。测试的数据表明,该软冗余系统的切换时间与理论性能指标相符,为用户提供了可靠的实验依据。
The software redundancy systems are widely applied in industrial fields. This paper mainly analyzes the theory and the theoretical performance indicators for soft redundancy system of S7-300 PLC, then uses the MM440 frequency inverter and S7-200 PLC to design the experimental system to test the switching time. The results show that the switching time of the redundant system is in line with the theoretical performance indicators, which provides a reliable basis for the user.
