摘要
我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,为支撑国家经济的高质量发展,职业教育需为社会和企业培养大量技术技能人才。“产教融合”是职业教育可持续发展的必然趋势,职业教育只有真正基于企业的生产过程及真实项目来开展才能培养出企业真正需要的人才。本文根据企业的岗位需求,基于真实工作过程,对教学内容进行项目化教学改革。从工作任务、教学方法、教学内容、考核手段几个方面重构课程框架,按照六步法进行教学设计,通过翻转课堂等教学方法提高学生的参与度,增强学生对重点知识、技能的理解和掌握,切实提升人才培养质量。
China is in a critical period of economic transformation.In order to support the high-quality development of the national economy,vocational education needs to cultivate a large number of technical talents for society and enterprises.Integration of industry and education is the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of vocational education.Vocational education can only be carried out based on the production process and real projects of the enterprises,in order to cultivate the talents that the enterprises really need.In this paper,according to the job requirements of the enterprises,the teaching content was reformed according to the actual work process.The curriculum framework was reconstructed from the aspects of work tasks,teaching methods,teaching content and assessment methods.The six-step method for teaching design was also followed,and teaching methods such as“flipped classroom”was used to increase student participation and enhance students’key knowledge and skills understand and master,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.
