摘要
“三教”改革是培养适应市场需求的专业技能型人才的有力抓手。该文以“三教”改革为背景,对校企协同职业教育项目化教学模式进行研究,探讨该教学模式的理论基础和实施策略;从教师、教学内容、教法3个方面进行改革,加强校企协同,采用项目式教学模式,并通过多元化考核方式保证教学质量。案例实践应用表明:该教学模式能够有效提升学生的实践能力,培养学生团队合作精神,提高学生的就业竞争力。
The“three education”reform is a powerful grasp to cultivate professional and skilled talents to meet the market demand.Based on the reform of“three education”,studied the project-based teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperative vocational education,and discusses the theoretical basis and implementation strategy of this teaching mode.The reform is carried out from three aspects:teachers,teaching content and teaching methods,strengthening school-enterprise collaboration,adopting project-based teaching mode,and ensuring teaching quality through diversified assessment methods.The case practice shows that:This teaching mode can improve students'practical ability effectively cultivate team spirit,and enhance students'employment competitiveness.
