摘要 乒乓球是国人比较喜欢的一项体育运动。我国乒乓球运动员在比赛中展现出了惊人的天赋和水平,进而推动了我国乒乓球运动的良好发展,也促使更多的群众加深了对乒乓球运动的喜爱。良好的体能是发挥运动潜能的基础。因此,探讨如何科学进行体能训练以提升乒乓球运动水平,具有重要意义。该文分析了乒乓球训练中体能训练的意义以及训练原则,并对乒乓球运动员的体能训练方法进行了探讨,希望能为提升乒乓球运动员运动水平提供帮助。 Table tennis is a popular sport among Chinese people.Table tennis players in our country show amazing talent and level in the game,which promotes the good development of table tennis in our country,and also makes more people deepen their love for table tennis.Good physical fitness is the basis of exerting sports potential.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to carry out scientific physical training to improve the level of table tennis.This paper analyzes the significance and principles of physical training in table tennis training,and discusses the physical training methods of table tennis players,hoping to provide help for improving the sports level of table tennis players.
