摘要
以油莎豆块茎为原料,介绍了采用超临界CO_(2)萃取技术提取油莎豆油的中试试验和规模化生产,重点考察了萃取压力、温度、CO_(2)流量、时间因素对油莎豆油萃取率的影响,通过正交试验确定萃取的最佳条件,结合新的超临界CO_(2)萃取技术方案,确定了工业化最适萃取工艺。
Using the tuber of cyperus esculentus as raw material,introduced the pilot experiment and large-scale production of extracting oil of cyperus edulis by supercritical carbon dioxide,focusing on the influence of extraction pressure,temperature,CO_(2)flow rate and time on the extraction rate of cyperus esculentus oil.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment,combined with new supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology program,the optimum industrialize extraction process was determined.
