摘要
目的:筛选β-环糊精包合干姜超临界提取精油的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(3)4正交实验方法,以油利用率及包合物得率两个指标,考察β-CD与精油的比例、包合温度、包合时间三因素对β-环糊精包合干姜超临界提取精油工艺的影响。结果:优选出工艺为A2B2C2,即β-环糊精:精油为8∶1,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2h。结论:包合方法工艺简单,方便实用,有效地提高了干姜超临界提取精油的稳定性。
Objective : To optimize the including preparation for Ganjiang with β- cyclodextrin. Methods : Two indexes including the ratio of obtained inclusion compound and the availability of oiliness in inclusion compound were used to evaluate the teebnologies based on orthogonal design, in which the proportion between β-cyclodextrin and volatile, the experiment temperature and the time of mixing round were considered as three main technology factors. Results: The optimized experimental conditions were A2B2C2, which were with proportion of 8:1, temperature at 60℃ and two hours for including. Conclusion : The including technology is simple, reliable and efficient to improve the stability of volatile.
