摘要
校企合作开展职前培训是高职院校培养人才的重要举措,在充分调研了解学情的基础上,有效利用互联网资源或校企合作自建的碎片化学习资源,培养学生的自学能力和碎片化学习习惯是开展职前培训的有效途径与策略之一。此外,校企合作的"双导师"制联合培养,以及校企合作"岗课赛证"融通等举措也是开展职前培训的有效途径与策略。
School-enterprise cooperation to carry out pre-employment training is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents. On the basis of full research and understanding of academic conditions, effective use of Internet resources or fragmented learning resources constructed by school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate students’ self-learning ability and fragmented learning habits is one of the effective ways and strategies to carry out preemployment training. In addition, through school-enterprise cooperation "two-instructor system" joint training, schoolenterprise cooperation "post-course-competition-certificate" integration and other measures are also effective ways and strategies to carry out pre-employment training.
