摘要
岗课赛证融合模式是一种通过岗位实践、课程教学、技能竞赛与证书考核等的融合,有效提高人才的综合素质和专业能力的先进教学模式。文章以中职计算机专业人才培养为例,探讨当前中职计算机专业人才培养面临的困境,并围绕基于就业需求构建与职业岗位相适应的课程体系、借助课证融通提升计算机人才培养质量、立足因材施教原则进行人才分类培养、加强课赛融合实现教学质量提高等方面,分析岗课赛证融合模式下中职计算机专业人才培养路径,以期为相关研究提供参考。
The integration model of job course competition and certification is an advanced teaching mode that effectively improves the comprehensive quality and professional ability of talents through the integration of job practice,course teaching,skill competition,and certificate assessment.The article takes the training of computer professionals in vocational schools as an example to explore the current difficulties faced by the training of computer professionals in vocational schools.It focuses on building a curriculum system that is suitable for vocational positions based on employment needs,improving the quality of computer talent training through the integration of course certificates,classifying talent based on the principle of teaching according to materials,and strengthening the integration of courses and competitions to improve teaching quality,analyze the training path of vocational computer professionals under the integration mode of job course competition and certification,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
