摘要 在以人工智能、大数据、5G等新技术为核心支撑的智能时代,教师技术领导力是影响学校信息化发展的关键要素。从概念界定来说,将教师技术领导力定义为:教师将所具备的信息技术素养、能力及技术资源整合与融入领导行为之中,推动师生学习与应用技术,利用信息技术改善教学品质,提升行政效率,以期达成组织目标与愿景的一种能力。从内在结构来说,将智能时代教师技术领导力划分为技术与教学的整合力、技术应用的规划力、技术应用的保障力、技术支持下的管理力和技术应用的省思力5个结构成分。智能时代教师技术领导力有四大实践路径:其一,拟定智能技术应用策略,利用技术推动学校教育智慧转型;其二,注重技术训练与沟通,推动师生智能教育素养提升;其三,依托智能技术优化资源管理机制,实现教学资源与数据资源开放共享;其四,采用分布式领导行为,提升智能技术与学科教学整合成效。 In the era of intelligence with artificial intelligence,big data,5G and other new technologies as the core support,teachers’technical leadership is the key factor affecting the development of informatization in the school.In terms of concept definition,teachers’technical leadership is defined as the ability of teachers to integrate their information technology literacy,capabilities and technical resources into their leadership behavior,promoting teachers’and students’learning and application of technology and improving teaching quality and administrative efficiency by using information technology,so as to achieve organizational goals and vision.In terms of internal structure,teachers’technical leadership in the intelligent age is divided into five structural components:the integration of technology and teaching,the planning of technology application,the guarantee of technology application,the management under the support of technology,and the reflection of technology application.Four practical paths of teachers’technical leadership were put forward in the intelligent era:first,formulate the application strategy of intelligent technology,and use technology to promote the transformation of school education wisdom;second,pay attention to technical training and communication and promote the improvement of teachers and students’intelligent education literacy;third,rely on the intelligent technology to optimize the resource management mechanism and realize the open sharing of teaching resources and data resources;fourth,adopt distributed leadership behavior to improve the integration effect of intelligent technology and subject teaching.
