高边坡桩板墙预制模板施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 高边坡桩板墙结构的支模施工是一项比较复杂的工序。常规的单面支模方案需要的材料及人力资源数量大、安装及拆卸复杂、施工工效低,且加固效果差,成型效果不美观。采用工字钢连接的预制模板施工新技术,将工字钢、方木、钢管及模板连接成一个整体,安装和拆卸采用挖掘机吊装,提高了支模的安装和拆除效率,加快了施工进度,保证了墙面平整美观。 The formwork for pile-sheet retaining of high slope is a complicated process.The conventional unilateral formwork requires large quantity of materials and human resources,complex installation and disassembly,low construction efficiency,poor reinforcement effect and bad shaping effect.The new construction technology of I-beam prefabricated formwork is adopted to connect I-beam,square wood,steel pipe and formwork into a whole.Excavator is used for hoisting for installation and dismantling,which improved the installation and removal efficiency of formwork,accelerated the construction progress and ensures the smooth and beautiful wall surface.
