摘要
以东南沿海某地铁停车场富水地层基坑工程为背景,针对富水地层深基坑渗漏问题,通过技术方案对比、数值计算及技术优化,选择了悬臂式桩板墙砂石反滤防渗漏施工技术。为防止墙背和桩间渗漏对基坑带来影响,通过工艺优化,在墙背和桩间增加了砂砾石反滤层,有效解决了支护结构侧压力过大问题,同时缓解了渗流对支护结构的影响,实现了结构的安全稳定。为确保砂砾石反滤层达到设计效果,对传统施工技术进行了创新,确保了反滤层施工质量,现场应用效果良好,可为同类工程施工提供参考。
Taking the foundation pit project of a subway parking lot in the southeast coast of China as the background,aiming at the leakage problem of deep foundation pit in water rich stratum,through the comparison of technical schemes,numerical calculation and technical optimization,the anti leakage construction technology of sand and gravel inverted filtration for cantilever pile sheet wall is selected.To prevent the influence of leakage between the wall back and pile on the foundation pit,through process optimization,a sand and gravel inverted filtration layer is added between the wall back and pile,which effectively solves the problem of excessive lateral pressure of the support structure,alleviates the influence of leakage on the support structure,and realizes the safety and stability of the structure.To ensure the design effect of sand gravel inverted filter,the traditional construction technology is innovated to ensure the construction quality of inverted filter,and the on-site application effect is good,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
