摘要
本文以广东佛山软土地区大良站基坑实测数据为基础,探讨了软土基坑地下连续墙从施工开始到基底开挖完毕整个过程中地下连续墙连续变形特性。分析了地下连续墙整体变形、墙顶向基坑外侧变形、墙中部变形、拐点位置以及最大侧移点与不同工况和开挖深度的关系。本工程地下连续墙深度约30 m,基坑开挖深度25.3 m。结果表明:地下连续墙整体变形97%在可控范围内;墙顶部向基坑外侧变形、拐点位置在基坑开挖深度为14.05~25.3 m范围时(工况二至工况四)变化最大,分别为0.82 mm/m和1.15 m/m;基坑开挖0%~76%期间(工况一至工况三)对墙体中部水平位移变形和最大侧移点变化影响较为显著。通过本文的研究,对今后类似的软土基坑如墙顶向基坑外侧变形偏大、拐点位置变化等起到一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the measured data of the foundation pit of Daliang Station in Foshan soft soil area of Guangdong Province,this paper discusses the continuous deformation characteristics of the underground continuous wall during the whole process of the underground continuous wall of soft soil foundation pit from construction to foundation excavation.The relationship between the overall deformation of the underground continuous wall,the deformation of the top of the wall to the outer side of the foundation pit,the deformation of the central part of the wall,the position of the inflection point and the maximum lateral displacement point with different working conditions and excavation depth are analyzed.The depth of the underground continuous wall of the project is about 30 m,and the excavation depth of the foundation pit is 25.3 m.The results show that the overall deformation of the underground continuous wall is 97%within the controllable range;the top of the wall is deformed to the outside of the foundation pit,and the inflection point is changed when the excavation depth of the foundation pit is 14.05~25.3 m(condition 2 to case 4).The maximum values are 0.82 mm/m and 1.15 m/m respectively;during the period of 0%~76%of foundation pit excavation(working conditions 1 to 3),the influence of horizontal displacement deformation and maximum lateral displacement point in the middle of the wall is significant.Through the research in this paper,the similar soft soil foundation pits such as the top of the wall will be used for reference to the large deformation of the outer side of the foundation pit and the change of the inflection point position.
