新发展格局下涉农高校“知农爱农”教育路径研究--以湖南农业大学为例 被引量:46

摘要 农业农村现代化新发展格局对涉农高校育人工作提出了崭新的命题,涉农高校应继续以立德树人为根本、强农兴农为己任,培养更多“知农爱农新型人才”。涉农高校“知农爱农”教育应在“五育并举”中贯穿“一懂两爱”的目标定位,在“耕读教育”中创新“知农爱农”教育基本原则,在十大育人体系中植入“知农爱农”教育的现实路径。通过横向和纵向的协同联动,构建全员全方位全过程一体化的“知农爱农”教育体系。 The new development pattern of agricultural and rural modernization has put forward a new task for the education of agricultural colleges and universities,agricultural colleges and universities should continue to set ethics and cultivate students,strengthen agriculture and rejuvenate agriculture as their own responsibility,and cultivate more"new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture".The education of knowledge and love for agriculture in agricultural colleges and universities should be implemented in the“simultaneous development of five education”through“one understanding and two love”,innovate the basic education rule of knowing and loving agriculture education in the“farming and reading education”,and implant the realistic path of knowing and loving agriculture education in the ten education systems.Through horizontal and vertical coordinated linkages,we will build a“knowing and loving agriculture”education system that integrates all employees in all aspects and processes.
