摘要
劳动与工作既有联系又有区别,尽管劳动与工作之间存在不可否认的相似性,但相较而言,劳动强调体力的付出,工作则侧重脑力的创造。近代以来,由于劳动遮蔽了工作,工作等同于劳动,在理论和实践中劳动、工作与教育的关系被异化。在经济和政治意识形态的主导下,教育与生产劳动的紧密结合不可避免地伤害了教育的自主性和超越性。而在功利主义和实用主义思潮的影响下,为工作而受教育则危及了人进行自我完善和充实的可能性。为了实现人的自由与解放,劳动与工作成为教育不可或缺的两翼,劳动为教育奠定了必要的物质基础,工作则为教育提供了实现伟大梦想的舞台。
There are both connections and differences between labor and work. Although it can't be denied that there exist some similarities between labor and work, comparatively speaking, the former emphasizes physical efforts, and the latter focuses on the creativity of brainpower. In the modern times, as labor concealed work, work was equal to labor. The alienation relationship among labor, work and education in both theory and practice mainly shows in two aspects. Dominated by economics and political ideological, the close combination of education and production damages the autonomy and transcendence of education inevitably. However, under the utilitarianism and pragmatism trend influence, it imperils the possibility of people' s improvement and enrichment in the purpose of working to receive education. In order to realize the freedom and liberation of human being, labor and work are two indispensable wings for education, which is that labor lays a necessary material foundation and work establishes a great dream stage.
