摘要
为了使筒状纬编针织物具有更加真实的模拟效果,为纺织CAD设计人员提供更加直观以及准确的工艺设计思路,文中提出通过NURBS建立筒状纬编针织物的三维模型,并根据圆形纬编针织机和纬编织物的特性进行网格划分,在划分得到的网格单元内设定控制点并建立线圈模型。运用OpenGL开放图形库和Visual Studio,在计算机上进行复杂曲面筒状纬编针织物的三维仿真,为纬编针织物的三维仿真提供思路。
In order to make the tubular weft knitted fabric have a more realistic simulation effect,provide CAD designers with more intuitive and accurate process design ideas,a method of building a 3D fabric model through NURBS is proposed.According to the characteristics of the circular weft knitting machine and the fabric,the pattern is divided.To set the type value points in the divided grid cells and build the loop model.Based on OpenGL open graphics library and Visual Studio,3D simulation of complex curved surface tubular weft knitted fabric is carried out on computer,which provides ideas for 3D simulation of weft knitted fabric.
