基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论的无缝内衣机织针编织过程固有频率特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对无缝内衣机织针编织过程固有频率理论模型少、编织过程织针振动特性难捕获等问题,采用Euler-Bernoulli梁理论对织针沿针筒切向方向的振动方程进行求解,获取织针横向弯曲的振型曲线及固有频率,同时采用ANSYS仿真软件对第2退圈三角上6个出针位置进行模态分析。对比理论数值结果发现二者振型一致,固有频率相对误差不超过2.3%。采用德国PCO公司DIMAX系列高速相机,获取织针沿三角弧面做受迫运动时的横向振动曲线表明,基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论可准确分析织针编织过程中的固有频率特性。实验采用的捕获织针横向振动方法,对圆形纬编针织机织针振动特性的测试研究具有一定借鉴意义。 Aiming at the lack of theoretical models of natural frequencies of knitting needles in knitting seamless underwear and the difficulties in capturing needle vibration characteristics during knitting,Euler-Bernoulli beam theory was used to solve the vibration equation of knitting needles in the tangential direction of the cylinder to obtain the mode curve and natural frequency the knitting needle.ANSYS simulation was used to perform the model analysis on 6 needle exit positions on the second clear cam.The theoretical and numerical results are consistent and the relative error in calculating needle natural frequency is below 2.3%.The DIMAX series high-speed camera from German PCO company was used to obtain the lateral vibration curve of the knitting needles when they were forced to move along the triangular arc surface.The experimental results show that the natural frequency characteristics of the knitting needles can be accurately analyzed using the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory.The method of capturing the lateral vibration of the knitting needles involved in the experiment is of reference significance for the experimental research on the vibration characteristics of the knitting needles in circular weft knitting machines.
