摘要
高校继续教育作为学校人才培养、社会服务的重要组成部分,积极响应国家发展战略,紧跟社会发展需求,立足服务区域经济社会发展,不断优化继续教育供给内容和结构,实现转型发展。因此以学历继续教育办学为主的部分高校,根据自身办学特色和优势重新调整办学定位和发展目标,陆续部分或全部退出学历继续教育办学,转而大力发展非学历继续教育。通过分析研究教育部所属部分高校学历继续教育的办学现状、退出学历办学的原因以及存在的问题风险,探究了优化教学站点管理的相关措施及思路,给出了完善高校学历继续教育退出机制的对策建议。
As an important part of personnel training and social service,continuing education in universities actively responds to the national development strategy,keeps up with the needs of social development,bases itself on serving regional economic and social development,constantly optimizes the content and structure of continuing education supply,and realizes the transformation and development.Therefore,according to their own characteristics and advantages,some universities which mainly run academic continuing education readjust their orientation and development goals,withdraw from academic continuing education in part or in whole,and turn to vigorously develop non-academic continuing education.This paper analyzes the current situation of continuing education in some universities affiliated to the Ministry of Education the reasons for the withdrawal of academic qualifications and the existing problems and risks,explores the relevant measures and ideas to optimize the management of teaching sites,and gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve the withdrawal mechanism of continuing education.
