摘要
试验探究萨福克羊、河谷型藏羊和萨藏杂交肉羊的血清生化指标的差异。采集萨福克羊血液21份,西藏河谷型绵羊41份,萨藏杂交肉羊血液24份。结果显示,萨藏杂交肉羊的血清总胆红素(TBIL)含量显著高于萨福克羊(P<0.05),萨福克羊的血清尿素(UREA)含量显著高于河谷型藏羊和萨藏杂交肉羊(P<0.05)。河谷型藏羊和萨藏杂交肉羊的球蛋白(GLB)含量显著低于萨福克羊(P<0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)值和总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量显著高于萨福克羊(P<0.05)。萨福克羊的肌酐(CRE)含量显著高于河谷型藏羊(P<0.05)。研究表明,不同绵羊群体血清生化指标存在差异,引入品种和杂交改良群体对高原低氧环境的适应性、抗病性和自身免疫力也存在差异。
The experiment explored the differences in serum biochemical index of Suffolk sheep,valley-type Tibetan sheep and Sa-Tibetan hybrid sheep.21 samples of blood from Suffolk sheep,41 samples from Tibetan river valley sheep and 24 samples from Sa-Tibetan hybrid sheep blood were collected.The results showed that the serum TBIL content of Sa-Tibetan hybrid sheep were significantly higher than those of Suffolk sheep(P<0.05),and UREA content of Suffolk sheep were significantly higher than those of valley-type Tibetan sheep and Sa-Tibetan hybrid sheep(P<0.05).The GLB content of valley-type Tibetan sheep and Sa-Tibet hybrid sheep was significantly lower than that of Suffolk sheep(P<0.05),the A/G and T-CHO content of valley-type Tibetan sheep and Sa-Tibetan hybrid sheep was significantly higher than that of Suffolk sheep(P<0.05).The CRE content of Suffolk sheep was significantly higher than that of valley-type Tibetan sheep(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that there is differences in blood biochemical indicators of different sheep populations,and there is also differences in the adaptability,disease resistance and autoimmunity of the introduced breeds and hybrid improved populations to the high altitude hypoxic environment.
