不同饲养密度对湖羊生长性能、行为及血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of different stocking densities on growth performance, behaviors, and blood physiological and biochemical indexes in Hu sheep

摘要 试验旨在探讨不同饲养密度对湖羊生长性能、行为方式以及血液生理生化指标的影响。选取4月龄湖羊公羔108只,按高密度组(HD,1.5只·m^-2,18只/圈)、中密度组(MD,1只·m^-2,12只/圈)和低密度组(LD,0.5只·m^-2,6只/圈)随机分成3组饲养(n=36),每组3个重复。预饲期7 d,试验期45 d。结果表明:MD组和LD组羊的总增重和平均日增重均显著高于HD组(P<0.05),而3组试验羊平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05)。HD组游走时间显著高于其他两组,躺卧时间则显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),而采食时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结束时,HD组湖羊血液中白蛋白(ALB)含量显著低于MD组(P<0.05),HD组湖羊球蛋白(GLO)含量显著高于LD组(P<0.05);HD组湖羊谷草转氨酶(AST)显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。HD组湖羊血清IgA、IgG含量均极显著高于其他两组,而SOD活性和GSH-Px活性则极显著低于其他两组(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,饲养密度影响湖羊的生长发育,适当降低饲养密度可以提高羊群免疫和抗氧化机能,改善其生产性能。 The aim of this study was to investigate effects of different stocking densities on growth performance,behavior,and main blood biochemical indexes of Hu sheep.One hundred and eight 4-month-old male Hu sheep were selected and randomly divided into three groups:the high-density group(HD,1.5 sheep·m^-2,18 sheep/pen),the medium-density group(MD,1 sheep·m^-2,12 sheep/pen),and the low-density group(LD,0.5 sheep·m^-2,6 sheep/pen).Each group had three replications.The experiment lasted for 45 days.The result showed that:1)the total weight gain and average daily gain in MD and LD groups were significantly higher than those in the HD group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in ADFI among these three groups.2)The wandering time in the HD group was significantly longer than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the lying time was significantly shorter than the other two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the feeding time among the three groups(P>0.05).3)At the end of the experiment,ALB in the HD group was significantly higher than that of the MD group(P<0.05),but not significantly different from that of the LD group(P>0.05);the GLO in the HD group was significantly higher than that of the LD group,but not significantly different from that of the MD group(P>0.05);the AST in the HD group was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).4)The SOD and GSH-Px in the HD group were significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.01)while the IgA and IgG were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.01).The stocking density of Hu sheep is closely associated with its growth and development.Reducing the stocking density of Hu sheep properly can effectively improve the production performance and enhance the immunity and antioxidant capacity of Hu sheep.
