摘要
分析测定Beagle犬白细胞分类指标的正常参考值,探讨不同生理时期Beagle犬白细胞分类计数指标的变化规律。采集80只Beagle犬桡静脉血样,采用三段曲折计数法,每单位样品观察计数300个白细胞,用白细胞分类计数器分别记录各种白细胞数,测定嗜中性白细胞(N)、淋巴细胞(L)、大单核细胞(M)、嗜酸性白细胞(E)、嗜碱性白细胞(B)所占的百分比。结果表明,白细胞比例在不同年龄阶段、不同性别间均存在差异,种母犬处于不同生理时期也存在差异。
The purpose of this experiment is to analyze the normal reference and the guide line of the Beagle dog＇s white blood cell classification counting in different physiologic period. The blood samples were collected from radius vein in 80 Beagle dogs. The blood smears were made by Wright＇s. 300 white blood cells were counted under the oil mirror in each sample by three-segmentumrindirect- counting. The results showed that there were changes of the average rate of the N, L, M, E, B in different age and physiological periods.
