千里光药皂制作及抑菌作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以千里光为试验原料,采用超声波辅助乙醇提取法提取总黄酮成分,用橄榄油、棕榈油、椰子油和氢氧化钠制作皂基,分别制备三组药皂。结果表明:千里光总黄酮药皂的抑菌效果相比于舒肤佳和六神艾叶除菌皂均较弱,但复配皂的抑菌效果和六神艾叶除菌皂的抑菌效果相当,弱于舒肤佳香皂;同时,千里光药皂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用比大肠埃希菌的强,千里光药皂对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为5.5mg/mL,而对大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度为22.0mg/mL。 Taking Senecio Scandens as raw meterial,extraction of total flavonoids by Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction.Make soap base with olive oil,palm oil,coconut oil and sodium hydroxide.After that,the bacteriostatic effects of Senecio Scandens medicated soap,compound soap,safeguard soap and Liushen wormwood leaf anti-bacteria soap on Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus were compared.At the same time,the minimum inhibitory concentration of soap was determined.The results showed that the sterilization effect of Senecio Scandens medicated soap on Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus was waeker than that of safeguard soap and Liushen wormwood leaf anti-bacteria soap,but bacteriostatic effects of compound soap is similar to that of Liushen wormwood leaf anti-bacteria soap,which is weak than that of safeguard soap.
