摘要
目的研究齐墩果酸抗菌香皂体外抑菌活性和生物安全性。方法采用琼脂扩散法和动物实验法,对该抗菌香皂体外抑菌效果和毒性进行了实验室观察。结果该抗菌香皂含齐墩果酸为质量分数10%。加入抗菌香皂的培养基平板上菌落数明显少于不含抗菌香皂的对照组平板上菌数。用该抗菌香皂涂擦实验动物皮肤或用抗菌香皂液体接触动物眼睛,未观察到不良反应,刺激指数均为0。结论该抗菌香皂具有一定体外抑菌作用,对完整皮肤和眼睛黏膜无刺激性。
Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect and biological safety of oleanolic acid antibacterial soap in vitro.Methods The effects of oleanolic acid antibacterial soap on bacteriostatic effect and toxicity were observed by agar diffusion method and animal experiments in laboratory. Results The antibacterial soap containing 10% mass fraction of oleanolic acid. The total bacterial count on medium plate with oleanolic acid antibacterial soap were lower than that on control medium plate without antibacterial soap. The animal skins were rubbed and their eyes were contacted with this oleanolic acid antibacterial soap,and the adverse reactions were not observed. The stimulation index was 0. Conclusion The antibacterial soap has a certain antibacterial effect in vitro,and the soaps show non-irritating to intact skin and eye mucous membrane.
