摘要
本实验以抗菌活性为导向,筛选对青楷槭树皮活性最强的提取方法,发现70%乙醇冷浸法为最佳提取方法,且青楷槭树皮70%乙醇提取的乙酸乙酯层为活性部位。为了利用活性部位制备抗菌药皂,以抗菌活性为指标,优化抗菌药皂的制备工艺。结果表明,最佳制备工艺是:乙酸乙酯萃取物用量为15 mg,甘油用量为300μL,温度为80℃。
In this experiment,the most active extraction method of the bark of Acer tegmenutosum Maxim was screened by antibacterial activity-guided method.It foundthat 70%ethanol cold extraction method was the best method,and the ethyl acetate layer of 70%ethanol extracted from the bark of A.tegmenutosum Maxim was the active part.In order to prepare antibacterial soap from active parts,the preparation process of antibacterial soap was optimized with antibacterial activity as the index.The results showed that the optimal preparation process was as follows:the amount of ethyl acetate extract was 15 mg,the volume of glycerol was 300μL,and the temperature was 80℃.
